Zoë Crouse BSc (Hons)

I started my career in nursing before taking a degree in Heath Studies & Health Promotion. As a Level 2 fitness instructor, a Level 3 Pilates Instructor and Level 4 Health Coach I fervently believe that everyone can enhance their health & wellbeing with the right sort of realistic, non-threatening, fun activities that fit into busy lifestyles.

With a special interest in Peri-Menopause & Menopause, I am highly tuned to the challenges women can face during this lifestage and regularly incorporate movements & helpful lifestyle advice during exercise classes.

I enjoy motivating people - there's nothing more rewarding for me than seeing someone changing their lifestyle for the better & loving it!

Married with 2 children, in my free time I play the piano, help run
Perran-ar-worthal Community Choir, I'm a keen gardener, an avid coastal path walker and love all kinds of crafts.

I have been teaching fitness & Pilates for over 10 years. I am passionate about promoting exercise & helping it become part of everyday life. Exercise is important for every age group and has so many benefits. I am a Level 3 Pilates teacher & I am also qualified to teach ante & post natal Pilates.

Teaching fitness in the community is very rewarding and I love seeing the commitment made by members of my classes.

My favourite class is Pilates on a Swissball. It gets to parts other classes cannot reach!

I live on a small farm with cows, pigs & chickens and run a holiday business from our converted barns.
