I started my career in nursing before taking a degree in Heath Studies & Health Promotion. As a Level 2 fitness instructor, a Level 3 Pilates Instructor and Level 4 Health Coach I fervently believe that everyone can enhance their health & wellbeing with the right sort of realistic, non-threatening, fun activities that fit into busy lifestyles.
I specialise in Over 40's Fitness and also Peri-Menopause & Menopause wellbeing. I am highly tuned to the challenges women can face during this lifestage and regularly incorporate bonus movements & helpful lifestyle advice during exercise classes.
I actively welcome clients living with Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and Parkinsons into all my classes having completed additional training to safely incorporate everyone into my classes.
