I started my career in nursing before taking a degree in Heath Studies & Health Promotion. As a Level 2 Group Fitness Instructor, a Level 3 Pilates Instructor and Level 4 Health Coach I fervently believe that everyone can enhance their health & wellbeing with the right sort of realistic, non-threatening, fun activities that fit into busy lifestyles.
I specialise in Over 40's Fitness and also Peri-Menopause & Menopause wellbeing. I am highly tuned to the challenges women can face during this lifestage and regularly incorporate bonus movements & helpful lifestyle advice during exercise classes.
I actively welcome clients living with Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and Parkinsons into all my classes.
With almost 10 years experience and having most recently completed
L3 Programming Exercise for People with Long Term Conditions, I am fully equipped to safely accommodate a range of clients into each class.

Keeping it in the family......
My husband is a GP with a Special Interest in Lifestyle Medicine and a member of The British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
He is currently practicing in Occupational Medicine.
My daughter graduated as a Registered Nutritionist with an additional MSc in Sports Nutrition & Physiology. She is currently working as a Performance Nutritionist at Loughborough University.
