Why do we need to train with multiple squat variables?


-To activate more muscle hypertrophy across the whole muscle group in the hips, knees & ankles.

-To improve the range of motion in all of these joints.


By doing so, we create more tension in these muscle groups which leads to greater motor unit excitation and can lead to greater range of motion at each joint.


But “why” you say?


Because our world is not flat!!


If we train our joints to prepare for the ranges of motion that we are exposed to in life, when we are faced with the picture here, we’re as safe & as balanced as we can be.
